For sale is a large painting of a lakeside villa in its ornate wood frame.  I don’t know the artist, but “So. Splendor” and “98448” are written on the back of the canvas.  Southern Splendor may have been the galley/store that sold it originally.  The front has a stylized signature, bottom right corner, that looks to be Eddie, see photo.   The frame is substantial.  For a more modern look, you can reframe or display the canvas solo.  Quite pleasing is the tranquil outdoor subject matter and colors of this piece.
